Toronto Parkour Girl Meet 2008 - Monkey Vault Parkour Training Centre Video

The Monkey Vault Training Centre in Toronto held an awesome 2 day girls meet in Toronto. Day 1 was indoor training, day 2 was outdoor training. This was the intro to the traceuse program starting this winter!

lol I had? the same problem till I moved. I'm sure there must be a few parks and benches about. I mean countrysides are usually littered with heavy fences, and sometimes trees are in the right shape for jump practise.
